Liability waver

The participant agrees that their participation in classes, events, workshops, and retreats is voluntary.

Additionally, the participant agrees to assume any risk that is associated with participating in the event and releases Urmi Yoga ABN 82 677 541 790 from all claims of damage and loss that may be as a result of or in connection with such participation. The release is without limitation and includes any costs or liabilities associated with personal injury, loss of profits or opportunities, medical, legal or any other professional service fees and any other losses incurred.

The participant hereby warrants that they are physically fit and able to participate in all classes, events, workshops, and retreats hosted by Urmi Yoga without any risk. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The participant and Urmi Yoga agree to subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Victoria, Australia.

I understand photos and videos can be taken during a class or event for social media publishing purpose. I would like to grant Urmi Yoga the ability to use the content for professional purposes unless I inform the staff to not be in the photos and videos before the event.

Booking Terms and Conditions

Price validity

​

All prices are in Australian dollars and no GST is charged on Urmi Yoga Invoices. Advertised rates and conditions might be subject to change without notice due to market fluctuation and inflation rates. The price will be locked when a deposit is paid on an already existing invoice unless booking amendments are made.

Deposit and final payment

​

We require 50% deposit for any services or bundle to be confirmed for your requested date. The final payment is due 30 days before your class or classes bundle start date.

Cancellation

​

If you cancel:

• 30 days before your class or bundle start date – the deposit will be refunded minus a 20% admin fee.

• 15 days before your class or bundle start date – 50% of the money paid will be refunded.

• Less than 15 days before your class or bundle start date – no refund will be issued.

Privacy policy

​

Any personal information that we have collected will be handled under the Privacy Act and the Australian privacy principles and may be used for activities associated with your reservation.  Urmi Yoga cares about your privacy and will never sell or trade your email address to third parties and will never publicly display names, contact details that identify you as a person.
