Yoga for Kids (Junior, Primary and Teenagers)

Yoga and mindfulness tools can be shared with kids of all ages through stories, yoga games, and partner yoga. It is precious knowledge that will help the younger generation to increase their fitness, flexibility, strength, and balance. Yoga also helps develop kids' concentration and regulate their emotions. It helps them understand that health doesn't only mean looking after their body or what they eat but also looking after their mind.
We can meet you at any local childcare centre, community Centre, holiday program or school, and offer an intro to yoga class or a series of classes that can be included in your school curriculum.
Yoga for Seniors

Yoga is a beautiful practice if you are looking for ways to increase your mobility and improve self-esteem.
Practising yoga regularly will help relieve stress and cultivate a clear mind and a strong body.
We can meet you in a local aged care or community centre. We recommend starting with an intro to yoga class and if well received, then we can arrange a weekly activity for your group.
Gentle Yoga and wellness programs for businesses

Taking a yoga class together as a team is a great way to cultivate your business’ team building and well-being.
With this class style, we will meet you where you are at! We can create a workplace yoga program based on what you would like to offer to your employees.
It could be a stretch and relaxation class to alleviate symptoms of stress. Or it could be a more movement focus to stimulate creativity and energy flow. It can also be a bit of both. If you would like to add team building to the class, we can also add a few sequences of partner yoga to make it more of a fun ice-breaker activity.
We usually recommend starting with an intro session and then if your team loves it, we can offer bundles of 4, 8 or 12 classes to add to your team wellbeing activities budget!
We will meet you at your office.
Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga

The most popular style of yoga you will come across in studios, wellness centres or gyms.
Hatha yoga is practised at a slower pace, with a focus on the breath, controlled movements, and stretching.
Vinyasa yoga focuses on connecting the breath to your movements, which tend to be set at a faster pace. In a vinyasa practice, you can expect to stay in a constant flow of movements.
If you are the owner of a gym and would like to schedule yoga to your fitness timetable or a yoga studio owner looking for extra teachers, feel free to get in touch with us we would love to help!
Yin / Restorative Yoga

In yin yoga the focus is on stretching your connective tissues (think tendons, fascia, and ligaments) and this aims to increase circulation and hydration in the tissues and joints, to improve flexibility. Each pose is held for a longer time (between 2 and 5 minutes) using props to either deepen or ease the stretch.
In restorative yoga the focus is on the release of mind-body tension and bringing the nervous system into a state of healing by stimulating the para-sympathetic side of the nervous system known as rest and digest. This practice also uses props as support to allow the body to fully soften and feel supported in the poses.
Both of these practices can also be mixed and balanced together. For example, if a student wants to leave a deeper stretch, they could go into a more restorative version of a pose.
This class style is well suited to gyms, offering a way to recover from a strenuous workout. It’s also suited to yoga studios as a more nurturing style of practice. If you are the owner of a wellness centre, gym or yoga studio, we’d love to hear from you.
